Al-Yamamah Electric Power Towers Factory has a well established design department equipped with the latest state of the art design capabilities (highly qualified experienced design engineers / detailers, intentional accepted standards library , software & hardware) to ensure that we will support our various client requirements to the extent of their expectations from bidding stage till the construction & commissioning of his project. Our qualified design team have the expertise to develop the design of overhead transmission towers & telecommunication towers according to the requirements of latest revision of international design standards (ASCE 10-97 , manual for steel construction AISC , ANSI / TIA -222-G , ACI 318 …. etc) Including:
– Overhead transmission steel towers of any line voltage & configuration (vertical , delta , Y-shape or guyed towers) Gantry & substation structures.
– Telecommunication towers with heights ranging from 6 M roof top up to 150 M self supported towers including design of foundations & detailing of all required accessories (ladders , platforms…..etc)
– By understanding the project requirements, our design team shall deliver the appropriate design solutions & cost-effective designs with in the agreed project schedule.
– The design process shall utilize the most well-known design &detailing software.
1.Sag 10 for calculating Sag & Tension calculations. 2..PLS towers, for analysis & design of towers.
3.X-Steel and BOCAD for creation 3D models & generating NC manufacturing program..
4.AutoCAD for 2D draughting . .
